MorningStar Bio: Marc Nuttle is a lawyer, economist, author, consultant and businessman who has had a varied career. He has represented and advised Presidents of the United States, leaders of foreign countries, state officials and corporations. Marc has lectured around the world on government policy and economic trends. He has advised the United States government, foreign governments, and state governments on the budget process, trade, economic development, currency management, domestic and foreign policy. Marc was part of President Ronald Reagan’s international trade team in the 1980s. He has advised and consulted with cities on economic development, tax structure, and budgets. His clients have included the governments of China, Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, the United States, the state of Oklahoma and others. He has advised, as legal and political counsel, many candidates for federal and state office. Marc managed the successful Right to Work campaign in Oklahoma in 2001.
