Isaiah 30:25-33 seems to address directly the World Trade Center tragedy:

Over the next few years a fire is coming upon the body of Christ that will eventually touch every believer on earth. There will be no escape from it, but neither should we want one. It is the fulfillment of one of the great biblical prophecies, and will eventually bring light and warmth to the entire earth.

 After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.”

Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne (Revelation 4:1-2).

In the last Morning Star Journal, Rick shared that Bob Jones had given him a word several months ago saying that we were “returning to 1989.” The Lord told Bob that many things that had happened in 1989 would once again take place in 2001, and we would receive opportunities to pass many of the tests that we had failed in 1989.

A revolution is coming to Christianity that will eclipse the Reformation in the sweeping changes that it brings to the church. When it comes, the present structure and organization of the church will cease to exist, and the way that the world defines Christianity will be radically changed.

I had dinner with Brother Wade Taylor recently, and I was stunned by how young he looked. Without using hair color, or any other cosmetic fixes, he looked at least 20 years younger than the last time I saw him. He said that he also felt better than he had in many years. When I asked him what his secret was, he remarked simply that he takes communion every day. He believes that the Lord is a "quickening Spirit" who will "quicken our mortal bodies." I know many who believe, but I think that Brother Taylor is actually touching on something.

We are often blamed for wrong prophecies that other people give, and as usual, this was the case with the Y2K debacle. I shared often over the last year that when I sought the Lord about Y2K He did not say anything to me for months. When I asked why He was not speaking to me about it, He said that He was not speaking because it was not going to be anything. When I called Bob Jones and asked him what the Lord had shown him about it, he said to not get caught up in the hype about Y2K. Few listened, including many prophetic people whom we know.

We are now entering one of the greatest watershed periods in human history. Creation itself is charged with the electricity of these times and is beginning to groan and travail for what is about to come. Never has there been a more exciting time to be alive. The kingdom of God is coming.
